This is a short, funny story which happened during our wedding ceremony.
 

I had long lace cuffs that covered most of my hands. When we were at the
kneelers, one of them got tangled in the wooden kneeler! I was so upset! I
kept hoping the preacher would go on and on while I tried to undo it.
 

Fortunately, my husband-to-be saw the problem and quickly removed the lace
from the kneeler or I would have been dragging it around or tearing my
dress!

It seemed so awful at the time, but now I can look back and smile.
